Andy Factor is an American music executive. Andy is a music industry veteran, who got his start at Virgin Records. Through the late 80s and into the 90s, he rose through the ranks to become VP of A&R, working with artists like Ben Harper and Belinda Carlisle. In 2000, Andy went on his own to co-found the independent label Everloving Records. Everloving has put out releases by Jack Johnson, Inara George, Metric, and the film soundtrack to Donnie Darko.
