In this exciting episode of Guess That Record, Jackson interviews songwriter, producer, and fellow Calgarian Jenna Andrews! Jenna is best known for her work with BTS, for which she co-wrote “Butter” and “Permission To Dance.” Both songs reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100. In addition to BTS, she’s also worked with artists like Nelly Furtado, Roy Woods, Noah Cyrus, Drake, Benee, and Dixie D’Amelio. In the episode, Jackson and Jenna talk about their shared experiences growing up in Calgary, how Jenna pivoted from artist to songwriter, and what’s being done to raise awareness about mental health issues in the music industry.
